Communications

In the Communications menu you'll find options to access lists of your companies communications. These options are organized in communication types and communications profiles. Seambox also offers you the possibility to view all your companies communications or just yours.

Fast access to creating new messages

Inside the Communications menu you have several shortcuts (like in the picture bellow) that will allow you to quickly access the communications form.

Communications by type

Communications by type include some of the most common ways of communicating with your costumers. The options included in this menu give you access the list of messages/communications sent for each type.

• SMS
• Fax
• Letter

• Meeting/Personal
• VOIP/Voice

There are two other options in this menu:

• All Messages
• My messages

Communications by profile

Communications profile aggregate messages according to its objective. Therefore the following options are available:

• Opportunities
• Support
• Marketing
