Communications List

Accessing communications list will give the user the following information:

• List of sent and received messages
• Description of the icons that show on the list
• Options to add new communications
• Advanced search mechanism

For each message you find information:

• Icons showing the message status
• Message subject
• Message Recipients
• Followup status
• Followup date
• User of the message

On the top of the communications list you'll fing several buttons to enter new messages according to its' type. (green area of the picture).

The advanced search option is available on the top of the list (blue area). Pressing this link will show you a group of option to filter your search:

• Message status
• Users
• Contact profiles
• Related Projects

User can also see a detailed description of the icons that are shown on the list.

The following icones are available:

• - Sent Message Individualy for each Recipient

• - Fax Message

• - Meeting report
• - VoIP/Phone Communication
