Seambox General Configurations
Seambox general configurations group includes options to setup:
- Administration profiles
- Users
- Company information
- Account Information
Administration profiles
Administration profiles provide control on how users access Seambox. By creating
administration profiles it's possible to set which areas users with that profile
can access.
For each area of Seambox it's possible to determine if a user with a specific profile
can view or edit/create new information
Administration profiles area associated to user accounts in order to determine their
capacity to access certain areas of Seambox. When creating or editing a new administration
profiles and determining its permitions you can use shortcuts (both on the top and
bottom of the permition list) to select:
- Allow reading to all
- Deny reading to all
- Allow writing to all
- Deny writing to all
Users
Users menu option gives access to creating new users to Seambox. Each user must
be associated to a administration profile.
For each user it's possible to enter the following information:
- Name
- E-mail
- Phone
- Mobile
- Login
- Password
- Status (active or inactive)
- Last login date
- Users signature(attached image)
- Email signature
By associating the user to an administration profile you'll be able to limit the
access to certain areas of Seambox.
Company information
This menu option will allow you to update your company's information:
- Account Name
- Firm
- VAT Number
- IBAN
- Joint Capital
- Company Registration Number
- Company Registration Place
- Address
- ZIP/Postal Code
- City
- Country
- Phone Number
- Fax Number
- E-mail
- URL/website
- Logo
Account Information
Account information option gives you access to the details of your subscription.
Information is organized in tabs that show specific information like:
- Account main information
- Billing Information
- Invoices
- Modules Subscription
- SMS, Faxes & Storage
Account main information
This page will show the accounts' main details. Also you'll be shown your modules
subscriptions.
Billing information
In the Billing tab you have access to your account movements and balance.
Invoices
Invoices tab includes information about all invoices emited to your account. You'll
be able to download your invoices here.
Modules Subscriptions
In the Subscriptions tab the user will be able subscribe to all Seambox modules
available for activation.
SMS, Faxes & Storage
This tab gives the users access to buying packages of SMS, faxes and storage to
use with its' Seambox.
