CONTACTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Currently we offer customer support via Helpdesk Ticket Manager System and email
only.
Because specific customer account information is identifiable and helps speed up
resolution, we give higher priority to support tickets generated from the Helpdesk
Ticket Manager System within the control panel.
NOTE: Customers can communicate with Seamlink and Seambox Customer Support even
if their email is down or not accessible by using the Helpdesk Ticket Manager.
Helpdesk Ticket Manager:
Log into http://yourcompanyname.seambox.com and navigate to the Helpdesk
Ticket Manager to open a ticket. Customers can see a history of all the tickets
submitted via the control panel and customers can reply to tickets from the Ticket
History section.
