Referral Program

I. Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. This Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the rights and obligations of Seamlink – Seamless Enterprise Link, Lda (“Seamlink”) and the Referral Program Member ("Referrer").
2. This Agreement applies to the Referrer's participation in the Referral Program (the "Referral Program"), whereby Referrer will refer potential customers to Seambox services.
3. Seamlink may modify the content, terms and conditions of this Referral Program from time to time. Any change to this Referral Program will be effective immediately after when posted to Seambox’s website. Should the Seambox User not accept the new Referal Program Terms and Conditions he must stop using the referral system.

II. Eligibility for the Referral Program

1. Any active Seambox Customer is eligible for the use of Seambox Referral Program
2. By Using Seambox Referral System the User acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

III. Referral Process

1. Seambox Referral System is available exclusively through the applications’ interface.
2. Invitations for use of Seambox service are sent through email.
3. Users can send unlimited number of invitations.
4. The referred customer can input the unique Referral code into the Seamboxs’ order form.

IV. Referrals

1. Referrer will be credited for referring Seambox Service, only if the Referred customer completes the Seambox order form and enters the Referral Code sent by the Referrer and if the Referred Customer pays credits to the amount of the subscription he makes.
2. Referred Customer must provide complete, accurate, and current Billing and Admin contact information.
3. Referrer will not receive credit for a Seambox Subscription of a Referred Customer which has currently an active Seambox Account or had previously subscribed to Seambox Service.
4. Referrer will not receive credit for a Seambox subscription of a Referred Customer which was previously terminated by Seamlink for non-payment, chargeback, or policy violation.
5. No referral credits can be claimed for any a Seambox subscription whose initial signup date occurred before the Referrer sent the invitation.

V. Compensation for Referrals

Referrer will receive a credit for each Seambox subscription submitted through Seambox website as follows:

1. The Referred Customer subscribed Seambox service, activated the subscribed account and paid credits to the amount of the subscription.
2. For each Referred Customer which subscribes to Seambox service in respect to the previous point, the Referrer will be credited the referral amount in its Currents account.
3. The referral amount credited in Referrer currents account can be used for payment of Seambox subscription and other services or products associated with it. No refund of the Referral Amount shall be made to the Referrer.
